A strong rental history helps the approval process. Prior balances, repeated late payments, or serious lease violations may affect approval.
Applicants should be ready to upload a valid government-issued photo ID and any other identity verification requested during leasing review.
Use your account to upload proof of income, Social Security paperwork when requested, and any additional leasing documents tied to your application.
If applicable, upload physician support documents and any required government documentation so the review team can keep everything attached to your file.

After Approval
Once management approves you and assigns the home, your login stays the same and carries forward into the resident portal for lease files and maintenance.
