Morales Properties lease requirements

These standards help applicants understand what is typically needed before final approval. Management may request additional documentation depending on the home and application details.

Age and Occupancy

Each lease applicant must be at least 18 years old. Every adult who will live in the home should submit their own application and screening information.

Income Standard

Combined gross monthly household income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Morales Properties may request pay stubs, bank statements, or employer verification.

Rental History

A strong rental history helps the approval process. Prior balances, repeated late payments, or serious lease violations may affect approval.

Identification

Applicants should be ready to upload a valid government-issued photo ID and any other identity verification requested during leasing review.

Supporting Documents

Use your account to upload proof of income, Social Security paperwork when requested, and any additional leasing documents tied to your application.

Service Animal Documentation

If applicable, upload physician support documents and any required government documentation so the review team can keep everything attached to your file.
